About Modus
Modus International is a specialist construction consultancy providing expert support in construction disputes, delay analysis, claims and dispute resolution across the UK and international markets.
Led by Director Mike Barker, Modus International brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience, gained working with Main and Principal Contractors, Consultants and project teams across a diverse range of complex projects.
Mike has been appointed and testified as a Delay Expert Witness in both Arbitration and Adjudication proceedings, with experience spanning the UK, Middle East and South Africa.
Our expertise combines practical project delivery experience with detailed forensic analysis. We assist clients in understanding the causes and consequences of project delay, establishing contractual entitlement, and assessing claims for extensions of time and associated financial recovery.
